Upcoming Lien Sales

Below is the schedule for lien sales we're regularly running at our Twin Cities storage facilities (see definition and rules below the schedule).
Lien sales are a great opportunity to find valuable bargains from abandoned lots. Come back to this page often as we update the sale schedule regularly.

Lien Sale Definition and Sale Rules:

Definition: A sale or auction that is held to pay off debt incurred from rent and late fees owed by tenants that have defaulted on their leases.

Cash only
Deposit required
All units must be cleaned out within 48 hours of sale
Purchaser is responsible for removal of all the contents of the purchased unit
North Star does not provided refuse removal, or garbage dumpsters to purchaser
Purchaser must sign in and provide a current drivers license, or state issued identification
North Star Mini Storage had the right to accept or decline any or all bids
All Sales are final.
