Upcoming Lien Sales

Below is the schedule for lien sales we're regularly running at our Twin Cities storage facilities (see definition and rules below the schedule).
Lien sales are a great opportunity to find valuable bargains from abandoned lots. Come back to this page often as we update the sale schedule regularly.

Lien Sale Definition and Sale Rules:

Definition: A sale or auction that is held to pay off debt incurred from rent and late fees owed by tenants that have defaulted on their leases.

• Cash only
• Deposit required
• All units must be cleaned out within 48 hours of sale
• Purchaser is responsible for removal of all the contents of the purchased unit
• North Star does not provided refuse removal, or garbage dumpsters to purchaser
• Purchaser must sign in and provide a current drivers license, or state issued identification
• North Star Mini Storage had the right to accept or decline any or all bids
• All Sales are final.
